*UPDATE* 5.8.25 at the request of the owner (see response below), I emailed all the details of my experience with Mary Jane's House of Glass. It's been 3 weeks and still no response. It's very evident that they respond to these reviews just to save face, and with no actual intention of making anything right. Couple weeks ago I bought a puffco peak glass 2.0 here that they happily price matched from the website.
