Office is organized and efficient so that you are in and out. Dr. Castro is a great daignostician and excellent bedside manor.

Dr Castro is an extraordinary physician. She has been my PCP for many years. I trust her & feel comfortable talking to her. She is not a robotic Dr who is cut & dry. She will listen to your concerns without rushing you out of the exam room. She is thorough with all testing & diagnostics. The reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is solely based on her being very very hard to get into see. She has so many patients that I have to book check ups several months in advance. My mother was a patient of Dr Castro for several years. She did not receive the best care at all. It is very difficult to reach this office. You have to call repeatedly just to get someone to answer the phone. There were times when my mother went there only to be turned back because they made a mistake. My mother is elderly and blind in one eye. She would go there and they would run tests. They would take several days to give her the results and at times made her go to the office just for results. Do your research.

Good Doctor but they always coding wrong, I goes to wellness check up but they always asking co-pay and I get billed for lab and doctor visit also.
