Sometimes things improve and this is one of those places. Technology has arrived. The people who are working there are more than polite,you get what you give. So be polite. It is actually very easy, the bigger question is whether or not you have what you need. Most questions are on their website. Use it. When you are going to the DMV, a place that you are going to need documents and MONEY, cash is the best way to go. Double check your stuff. Check your local times and website.
