I really hate the turn the covenant system has taken. Now in the lobby you are forced to sit and watch GLP1 ads. Over and over and over. I feel like a constant mark trying to be sold and I already overpay insurance and overpay the covenant system to come here. This feels like a business and I do not feel like a patient, I am so sick of it. Stop advertising to me. The staff deserves better. Love Dr Irving, love the staff, Attentive, knowledgeable and empathetic. I feel lucky to have found her.

Excellent doctor. But the staff doesn't communicate well and puts in the wrong orders.
Dr. Irving has been the only physician that tested for symptoms that I mentioned without brushing me off & telling me to “drink water” bless this doctor and her friendly and hardworking staff! Thank you for actually listening to me and acknowledging my concerns❤️
