Not 24 hours. I had to take my brother to the er and end up driving all the way down to sentera because for whatever reason they were closed at 11pm. luckily he wasnt hurt

I brought my 2-year-old daughter to the ER, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The incompetence from the staff was shocking. It truly felt like they were not caring for your health — or hers. The provider said they needed a urine sample and that a nurse would bring the supplies. We waited over 30 minutes, and no one ever came. I had to go ask, only to find nurses standing around chatting like they were on a picnic. They were able to treat my children(five boys), make them feel comfortable and safe to share the experience in which landed us in the ER. Britney B RN <3 Is wonder woman!! The kids and I were trying bring her back with us!! lol, they heard our story, no judgement and truly believe my children and I about the craziness we experience. God bless her and their team <3
