Dr. Hilal has always been kind and respectful and her medical treatment is right on point. Her staff is very nice.
This doctor has awful bedside manner. No eye contact with her patient and just plain inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. The office staff is friendly and courteous, but this doctor isn't.

As a patient for the last 2.5 years, I was appalled that her staff was so cold and uncaring. My wife is pregnant, and has been struggling with a cough and her breathing. She doesn't have a primary physician. So, I recommended Dr. Hilal. Her staff didn't care about my wife's condition. Only stated that "policy" on new patients won't allow them to take her until December sometime. I called as well, identifying my tenure as a patient and the policy was reiterated.
