When we decided to move to Amelia/Fernandina the first house we chose to go look at was Mary Hamilton’s listing so we contacted her, not knowing any realtor in the area. Five stars is simply not enough for Mary! She came recommended to us from an acquaintance on the island and within 24 hours was showing us properties. What sets Mary apart from other agents, in my opinion, is that she genuinely cares more about her clients than she does about the paycheck.
