Dr. Haas was very caring and interested in listening to my questions and concerns. I was seen very promptly and it was a very good experience.
I really wanted to try a new doctor and I loved the ankeny location I’ve never been for family medicine but i decided to try it for my yearly appointment. My appointment with my doctor seemed really rushed. I had a few concerns in the back of my mind and I was only able to get one out and I didn’t care to talk about the rest. I mentioned how I gained a lot of weight within 6 months. I exercise and have a diet but she never asked me if I did. And continued to tell me I need to have a diet and exercise. Staff was polite & friendly. Quick & understanding. I wish you don't have two separate bills. One for the dr. bill and a second small bill for tests
