Best unknown gym around. Has everything you need, if you know what you're doing.
The set up is decent. There are several stations where you will be tested to your maxims- including pulling, pushing, lifting etc and friendly staff will record results as you progresses. Not too fancy of a place but if you want to do really we’ll on this fitness test, prepare yourself with a walk, a jog and energy permits, a trip to your personal gym. Your results will blow the charts so to speak 🤣🤣!
