It was cool walking to where the Mississippi River starts. Walking the trail was relaxing.
Great visitors centre and area to explore. Short walk to the headwaters of the Mississippi River, many trails to follow or cycle round. We drove the long wilderness trail which was stunning with the Autumn colours and walked up to the fire tower which had amazing views from the top. All for $7 park fee!
