Dr Tony, Dr Mary and the rest of the dental staff have been AMAZING over the last two 1/2 years and they deserve 5 STARS. However dealing with their billing/finance department has been an ongoing nightmare for nearly a year now. I have on several occasions dealt with different people regarding my billing and claims filing. I am the biggest baby when it’s comes to coming to the dentist. The team at Cherry Hill Dental were absolutely top notch. Never felt any pain, had a deep cleaning, tooth extraction and implants. Jalin took absolutely fantastic care of me hope to have her every time. Toni the hygienist was quick, efficient and painless:) highly recommended the whole team
I just want to start off by saying this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. So let me make this short and sweet. I needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled 2 were barely impacted. On the first call I was told they accepted my insurance, Which they didn't. Also they tried to prescribe me penicillin which I put on the form I was allergic. They told me they would wave the first visit fee because of it and they didn't. They don't put you to sleep and Anytime you call about billing they give you the run around. So all i... read more
