My child went here for physical therapy due to delayed crawling/walking. Physical therapist was fine, but office/billing department is either dishonest or inept. Front office told us we were covered by insurance multiple times for sessions. Months later they came back and told us that was actually not the true and we had to pay large out of pocket bill. DO NOT GO HERE or get absolutely everything in writing.

My experience is with two of the occupational therapists! Three of my kiddos have appointments here weekly so I also see the Aba technicians working! Abby and Jenna (the ot’s) are amazing! We couldn’t ask for better providers. They ask all the right questions and work hard with our kids! They are punctual and communicative! Our experience with this provider has been extremely disappointing. My child completed an assessment in December, and we were informed that results would be available within two weeks. When we returned for the feedback appointment, it did not appear that the doctor had thoroughly reviewed my child’s file. She seemed unprepared when discussing the results and unfamiliar with key details of his history, which was very concerning. Bad experience overall! I was not contacted when I had an appointment and the provider called in sick. Provider was not prepared for my scheduled feedback visit weeks later and did not have any of her paperwork/visit completed. I had to call several times to get her notes. Watch out for billing! I was charged double for all services provided due to the office collecting a facility fee, even though the provider admitted to completing her charting at her own home.
