Update from a previous review. I would recommend
If I can give this place zero Stars I would. It didn't start out like this, Glenn was awesome he answered all my questions. He called me to check on me and see if I need anything. He moved to another office and I have someone else which isn't a bad thing. However I have been dealing with trying to get specially made shoes from them since September. It is now December and all this time I'm thinking the shoes were on the way I even called to see, and was told that oh they're not done yet we will call you when they get here. To... read more
The Saginaw team took care of my son with plagiocephaly, and they were absolutely wonderful. Brian and Leah are thorough, personable, and with you every step of the way. They are a group of top-notch professionals, and I would refer anyone with orthotics and prosthetics needs to them.
Horrible experience. Spending over 4000.00 out of pocket and 30 to 40 office visits. My prosthetic is unwearable and sits in a corner. I want my money back. You can keep the prosthetic. You guys made me HADICAPPED. UPDATE: CALLED THE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE RESPONSE, LEFT A MESSAGE. THEN CALLED DIRECT AND WAS TRANSFERED TO THE PROPER EXTENSION ONLY TO , AGAIN , LEAVE A MESSAGE. THIS WAS A WEEK AGO AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. HOW BAD IS IT THERE AT MARY FREE BED????? IM BEGGING FOR HELP.
Had to have an AFO Brace made. Kristian was so caring and thoughtful. I’m a senior citizen and ended up with beautiful butterflies on the brace. Brace has done wonders for stability and pain.
