Horrific experience. I never agreed to the 12 appointments they gave to me on my way out and told them I would call and let them know. They proceeded to make the appointments anyway without my concent and then discharged my son from the practice because we "missed" appointments I never made. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE! AWFUL. The woman at the front desk was absolutely preposterous to deal with, horrificily rude. Save yourself the headache.
My experience with Caitlin the occupational therapist was very positive, Sophie the physical therapist was also helpful. Both helped me reach my goals. Overall a very positive experience. Best regards,Colette F.
My son was referred here for an evaluation for his flat spot on his head. The staff is absolutely amazing.. grace is the sweetest and extremely helpful and doug is great and very thorough!
