My baby finished up helmet therapy with Brent. He is an awesome guy! Very knowledgeable and was great to work with. Grace the receptionist is wonderful. Had a really great experience with their whole staff. Would highly recommend!!

Didnt tell us about their fees at all, just asked for our insurance info. Then did a 5 minute evaluation and charged the insurance $180, and us $430. Literally a $600 charge for a 5 minute time where they decided they couldn't even do a proper evaluation. Told us to come back when our 6-week old son was feeling better for a real evaluation. Literally no service was performed! We spent 4 months trying to get ahold of someone about the charges. Horrific experience. I never agreed to the 12 appointments they gave to me on my way out and told them I would call and let them know. They proceeded to make the appointments anyway without my concent and then discharged my son from the practice because we "missed" appointments I never made. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE! AWFUL. The woman at the front desk was absolutely preposterous to deal with, horrificily rude. Save yourself the headache.

My experience with Caitlin the occupational therapist was very positive, Sophie the physical therapist was also helpful. Both helped me reach my goals. Overall a very positive experience. Best regards,Colette F.
