Staff was friendly - OT itself was fine, but we were quoted at about $60 a visit after they took our insurance info (a tad lower than what our insurance company quoted us at for a normal OT visit when we checked with them). After 3 visits we received a bill for more than $1000. Totally unacceptable. Negligent at best and preditory at worst. My baby finished up helmet therapy with Brent. He is an awesome guy! Very knowledgeable and was great to work with. Grace the receptionist is wonderful. Had a really great experience with their whole staff. Would highly recommend!!
Didnt tell us about their fees at all, just asked for our insurance info. Then did a 5 minute evaluation and charged the insurance $180, and us $430. Literally a $600 charge for a 5 minute time where they decided they couldn't even do a proper evaluation. Told us to come back when our 6-week old son was feeling better for a real evaluation. Literally no service was performed! We spent 4 months trying to get ahold of someone about the charges.
