I don't understand why she deserves any less than 5 stars. She's intelligent, informative, and to the point. She took the time to explain my thyroid related condition and medications involved. She quickly scheduled for Lab work (same day), Ultrasound (2 days later) and a follow up visit to review the results with me before going forward. She is an excellent Dr. and has earned my confidence in every way. I highly recommend Dr. Carrol for anyone seeking help with Endocrinology.
Awful terrible dismissive and rude. Spent maybe 4 min with me to fully dismiss me and send me back to the referring dr. Do not see this lady. Save your time and money and see literally anyone else, because Mary Carroll is horrible.
Dr. Mary Carroll gets to the point, I was a bit imitated by her at first and get a little nervous when I go see her, but at times I needed compassion she was right there, the last few years I’ve lost three people in my life, so my anxiety is very high. Mary, Mary quite contrary...she was the rudest, demeaning, intimidating and insensitive physician I've ever seen. I went to her for treatment for hyperparathyroidism. I got nothing! She basically said there's nothing wrong with me and my thyroid tests are normal! I left there feeling hopeless about resolving my my parathyroid symptoms. I sat in my car and cried afterwards. I still feel traumatized by this unprofessional doctor. She's not a doctor, she's a witch.
This Dr is the Rudest Dr. ever I have encountered in. My life, she has bad bedside manors and loves to welcome people with the most unpleasant attitude , I as a patient have never gotten treated in this manner, shes a good Dr. but very rude and if your ok with that, then shes the person to go too, good luck dont say you weren't warned, Im speaking from Experience, but you go ahead and see her, you been advised, don't come telling me I was right cause I told you so! Pit it this way shes very special.
