I have been a customer here for years and have NEVER written a bad review before, but this experience was just completely unacceptable. I went in for a haircut and they cut far more than I asked for. When I brought it up, I was laughed at and told they only cut “the ends.” They supposedly took a picture of what they cut, but I had a picture of my hair from one week before, and you can clearly see my hair was much longer before going in. I’ve gone to this place for YEARS almost 8 years to be exact and I always get my haircut by the same wonderful lady Liz! It’s also and affordable and nice place!
