I called Mary Esther Plumbing for a clogged washing machine drain pipe. Normally, this would not have been an urgent request for service. However, due to significant health and medical needs in the home, I requested assistance as soon as possible. The service that was received was stellar. I received a call back confirming an approximate time of arrival, prompt and professional service, reasonable estimation of cost as well as understanding of need. Thank you!

Same day service and repair. Friendly and kind. Clean new water heater replaced and installed on the same day. I called at noon by 4:30pm they replaced my water heater. Thank you

Our friends were out of town on business, and had some minor repairs needed after an insurance renewal inspection, we had contacted someone else, but they were too booked up. They said the only people that they would trust (besides themselves) was Mary Esther Plumbing. Contacted them, got an appointment in a timely manner, the gentlemen were right on time, courteous, professional, friendly as heck, got the work done in less than an hour and a half, the area was tiny, so they really knew their stuff to get it done that fast. ... read more
