Bad Bad Bad We bought my engagement ring in the BB store in Oregon. It was sold to us with a crooked setting. When my fiance told them it was crooked, he was told he had a good eye and only the manager could usually see those things. When I took it to the Bellevue Square BB, she told me it was not crooked, it was an "optical illusion." Ben Bridge Jeweler Inc Went to Ben Bridge Jewelers to get my husband watch fixed. Even though we didn't purchase the watch there, his watch got fixed and they didn't even charge for it. I also take my wedding rings there to get checked. I had to have a prong fixed and they did it right and at a reasonable fee.
Great Store We have purchased jewelery from Ben Bridge for years. They always stand by their merchandise and have good quality items and great customer service. We will definitely return.
