I gave this a place a chance to give me an offer on my home and had an agent brian call me. spoke with him shortly about getting a cash offer on my home. was informed that i needed to delist my property which is not the problem but was the way the brian handled the conversation when i explained im not delisting. The ad the send out states a cash offer not using them as a realtor. Brian was very rude when i explained i had an agent and was looking for a cash offer.
