We love our Dr Mary De Franco and cannot say enough about trusting both our kids with her medical guidance for over 10 years now. I don’t understand how this woman gets bad reviews. She has been my sons doctor for over 5 years now. I never have any issues getting a sick appointment the same day. The office wait time is less then 10 minutes and that’s on a busy day. She is to the point and no bull and I appreciate that. She isn’t your typical pushy doctor and is very knowledgeable. The office is no where near dirty. The office secretary Amber is delightful. We love Dr. Mary Ellen Defranco and couldn’t ask for a better pedia
A horror, belittled my child, was rude and condescending to me, breaks protocol, has students in room without introducing or asking permission, dirty office, now I understand her terrible reputation in the community. All together a terrible experience. Sent for a referral to a facility that doesn't perform the procedure, couldn't be bothered to give a phone number to the facility. Rude nasty money grubber, insisted we come in for appointment even after child was seen 6 Mos ago to get Co pay.
My visit was the most bizarre thing, ever. I got to the office and it was someones house with the bottom floor turned into an office (which is fine) but every single staff member was wearing jeans.(nurses and even the doctor herself was wearing jeans and converse) she smelled like cigarettes. She seemed like a hippy. Just a weird experience. No well waiting room and sick waiting room. I dont want my daughter getting sick if shes only going in for shots. Very small waiting room. Did not like it !
