I got engaged in June 2021. I went dress shopping July 2021- getting married in November 2022. I visited two bridal shops in Savannah GA. I found one at both, I went with the one from Mary Elizabeth’s Bridal because it was more in my price range. The other shop was just a couple hundred more. I should have paid the extra money. I DO NOT recommend going to Mary Elizabeth's for your wedding dress. Getting my dress from here only made my wedding incredibly more stressful than it needed to be. I truly hate writing negative reviews but I'm just hoping to save another person from going through what I went through. I do want to include, however, that when I went for my initial bridal appointment in July 2021 I had a great experience with the store associate Lindsey. She was very friendly and helpful. Not a good experience so far. Wife bought a dress almost a year ago and was told it would be delivered sometime in August 2021 for our vow renewal coming up in December 2021. In August the dress did not arrive. When we called we were told it would be here in September. It is now the middle of October and we are still getting the run around. No one at the shop knows where the dress is. No one knows when it will be in, if ever. We are now a little over 60 days out and have no dress and she still needs to do her fitting. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT get bridesmaids dresses from Mary Elizabeth’s! This was the worst customer service at a business I have ever dealt with. I called the store for almost 7 weeks trying to figure out where my girls dresses where and why they weren’t here yet. Each time I called, Lindsey would tell me they would be here in 2 weeks.
