Went on for a consultation for appointment at 9 AM. Was seen by team at 8:55 AM. The were very professional and answered all my and my wife’s questions.
Did not see me long, but when I went and got the Xray and MRI images and took them to the office. All I got was a voicemail and saying I cannot do anything else and there was no other options except pain control and therapy. I have done both of these options and she knew it and I am still having a lot of pain. I needed real contact and not a voicemail! I know there are other options including surgery, and looking for a second opinion...
