They won’t clean my teeth because I floss! (scaling plaque) But submitted to insurance as a cleaning. Also, there’s an alarming loud barking dog in office.

Went in to get aligners for my teeth to straighten them. I informed them that I would only have Thursdays available for the appointments and I was told that it would work. Eventually it got to a point where I had to see the actual dentist and not the assistants and was told at that point that the dentist only works Monday-Wednesday. Informed them that I cannot take off any other day of the week. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that “most jobs give people days off for adult things”.
