I am not sure what is going on with this office. It seems there has been a mass mutiny, since that time I have had a terrible time even getting a prescription called in properly. I had great service when Jon Buckwalter was there but since that time I have been disappointed!
They apparently have “No idea” where Jon Buckwalter moved to preventing people from getting the medical care they need. They don’t care about the health and well-being of the people of Prescott Valley. All they care about is MONEY. If you don’t want to see someone else at their office, then to bad. Dr Moyer and her staff are very special. My husband and I have pretty complicated medical issues, and Dr Moyer went above and beyond on our initial appointment to ensure no details of our care were overlooked, and she answered all of our questions. Her kindness and professionalism have put my heart at ease
I’ve been a patient for years and honestly the only reason I’ve stayed is the hassle of switching drs when I don’t really visit that often anyhow and I know that is my own fault. But every SINGLE time I have to do anything with the office I have a problem. They’ve bungled my meds numerous times, my appointments are always rushed and I have to remind the Dr why I’m there and still leave with no answers half the time, I’ve been forgotten as I’m sitting in the waiting room and clearly haved signed in for my scheduled appointmen... read more
