First, let me say that Dr. Mary Manis is an excellent doctor. However, this is the second time that I have been sent a message that my appointment has been cancelled. I had an appointment scheduled for February 12th, 2026, but unbeknownst to me, it was rescheduled for today, February 11th, 2026. I learned about the scheduling change when I called on February 11th to confirm tomorrow's appointment. This is totally unacceptable. The front office is not doing its job.
I love my doctor Mary mannis but her nurse are horrible I have been have problems trying to get my med thery thery tell you thery seen them to but also seem them to the wrong pharmacy I have call over& over with this problem
I am a patient of Dr. Manis, and I think she is a good doctor. I also want to say that the front office personnel have been extremely proficient; however, I called the office LAST Friday, explained that I had symptoms of a sinus infection following a two-week cold, and asked to leave a message for Dr. Manis or the medical assistant.
