A friend of my mom's recommended Dr. Durbin and I am so grateful! She took time to listen to me and go over options. She said if what we are doing doesn't work, we'll go over options. I like this approach! I have a follow-up appointment scheduled and am looking forward to the 'fix'! :)

I have been going here for many years! I only wish I’d have been able to have Dr Durbin deliver my children back in the day. Extremely professional and down to earth. Makes me feel at ease.

I have NEVER seen a more knowledgeable, caring professional Dr. in my life. I am 62. I would, without ANY reservation, highly recommend Dr. Mary Durbin to any woman. She took the time to get to know me and really cared. Insurance problems are a separate issue. I will NEVER go to any other Dr. for my GYN needs as long as I live in Bay City, MI and hope she doesn't relocate! I am so very thankful my family Dr. referred me to her. TY Dr. Durbin for your superb, excellent care!!! 5 STARS no doubt

I originally had a cash discount which they told me as long as I paid on it it would be fine no matter how much I paid. Then they sent me my next bill of approximately $150 because my account had to be paid off within 12 months (which I never agreed too). They refuse to give me an itemized detail of my account saying I'm just paying for "doctors time". They also sent me a bill 14 months after I gave birth to my son and FORGOT TO BILL INSURANCE so now they are billing me the full amount.

Very rude and unprofessional. She seriously laughed in my face after I had told her why I was there to see her. I have been dealing with a cyst on my right ovarie going on 4 years now and it has never popped on its own due to its walls being so thick. I was sent to Durbin by my doctor who he had recommended she never asked me anything aside from why I was there and laughed at me when I had told her, she said she wouldn't do anything for me because I am only 22 and I do not have kids.

I felt she took extra time to answer any questions I may have prior to surgery. Here staff are wonderful. I feel like I'm in good hands.

Disappointed! I have been trying to get into see Dr. Durbin for over a month and twice they have rescheduled my appointments. I understand that things happen and sometimes rescheduling is necessary but I'm starting to think that they don't care about my health. Obviously, they are taking on too many patients to handle their business and I will be taking my body elsewhere.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Durbin during the birth of my child. She was not my regular OB, but shares a practice with my OB. Dr. Durbin was rude, unprofessional, and violated hospital policy. I had some serious complications that could have been prevented if she handled things differently. I also had to have additional surgery by a surgeon at U of M to repair what Dr. Durbin should have done correctly the first time.

She is great. I like that she is pretty fast doing PAP tests. The first doctor I have had where I don't feel discomfort or pain when doing a PAP test. I highly recommend her.
