Mary works with me to find exactly the acupuncture treatment that is needed. Sometimes it is a little and sometimes it is a lot but she listens carefully and always arrives at just the right balance. I always leave feeling better. She's also a gifted teacher and I've learned a LOT about keeping myself healthy through her TaiChi classes.
Mary Cruise has such a gentle touch. I’ve been going to her nearly four years now and always feel so much better after my treatments. She does auricular therapy and now acupuncture, too. She is amazing! Plus, her offices are inside the best store in Columbia! If you are early, you can look at some jewelry or books and even have a cup of coffee! How cool is that!!!
Mary always makes the tai chi class fun and different. She emphasizes different parts of the form each class.
