This was few months back. Had a list of concerns and pushed all aside with "huh, i dont know what that is" At the end of the conversation says "sorry I couldn't be more of help" spoke with manager who rolled her eyes while speaking with her. The place is unprofessional and not helpful at all.
I have been lax in wanting to submit this review, as Dr. Mary Crowell has been a HUGE blessing in my healthcare journey. She listens with intent and can instill humor into our conversations at the right time. I am so happy to have found her! She and her staff are a GREAT group! I wish I could have found her sooner so that I could be taken care of like she does. Thank you, Dr. Crowell for all that you do for me!
