Great practice. We have seen all providers in the practice, but typically see Dr. Teerlink. Our family has also seen Stephanie Friel, NP. Both are amazing. Stephanie has a great bed side manner and quickly built a rapport with my teenage daughter (which is not always easy). When my husband had issues, Dr. Teerlink called him after hours to review things and reached out to a specialist for him to expidite his care. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! LIARS REFERED TO PAIN MANAGEMENT SAID THEY WERE IN CANANDAIGUA NOOOOOOOO NOW I GOTTA DRIVE TO DANSVILLE FOR TREATMENTS!!!!! TRUST NO ONE
Their hours are wrong they close at 4:30 …. And they have no messaging/voicemail system?? Definently need to add that because not everyone wants to have to call during their lunch which also usually overlaps with theirs.
Beware of the female care givers at this practice they like to body shame u. Was told by the np kline that I was malnourished and dehydrated both were untrue and she literally yelled at me the entire appointment! Another provider pushed vaccines and body shames as well! Avoid this practice!
Jamie Kline and the crew are awesome! She discovered that my husband had RA when no one else did. She goes the extra mile.
