Came for my 2pm appointment at 2:10pm. I fully understand that coming 10 minutes lates means that I will have to wait. But a full hour? Then on too of that when I asked the receptionist (who was very nice) about it, whoever was messaging her was telling her that I might not be seen. Worst experience i have ever had when im just tryna make sure that im heathy after being sick. First and last time. Im still here right now in the exam room and its 3:51. I can hear the doctor chatting about nonsense with the patient next door.
Do not use this office I sent medical form over five times with no response.
Dr. Yia is absolutely the best doctor. She’s attentive, takes her time to make sure she is thorough in her questions; sign of an excellent diagnostician. I never feel rushed and she’s a great listener. She has referred me to excellent doctors/specialists. I highly recommend Dr. Yia. Please do not pay attention to those giving less than 4 stars. Very disappointed with the service of the front desk and I don’t remember her name she was very rude was not willing to help at all busy on the cell phone texting and doctor’s behavior was not so good as well. I was late only for 10 mins called ahead that I was struck in the traffic. I filled out paperwork everything was done at very last minute doctor Mary Christine tecson yia refused to see me. I wish I could give them a zero star.
Dr Yia is a very caring individual that renewed my my faith in the medical community. There's a very calming way about her that puts you at ease right away and enables you to easily accept her diagnosis and plan of care. Her bedside manners are great and I recommend her highly. 5 stars! And a special mention to her assistant Sadiki. She's a peach and a valued member of Dr Yia's team, always pleasant, always positive and welcoming... A+
