During our recent appointment, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of engagement, thoroughness, and overall patient-centered care. While I appreciate the doctor’s attempt to consider long-term needs, the approach taken was dismissive, rushed, and at times, outright inappropriate. First, the doctor barely acknowledged my son.
