During our recent appointment, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of engagement, thoroughness, and overall patient-centered care. While I appreciate the doctor’s attempt to consider long-term needs, the approach taken was dismissive, rushed, and at times, outright inappropriate. First, the doctor barely acknowledged my son. Dr Russell explained everything step by step. She takes my child health very serious and was willing to give us option that suit my child needs
She is absolutely amazing. My daughter who rarely talks to adults loves her.
Dr. Russell was very informative and pleasant. She gave a lot of information and insight.
