I had my first preventive care with Dr. Heady where she asked me about my medical history. I mentioned that I had thyroid problems when I was at Middle School, which was 25 years ago, and never had problems with it any more, as long as some non-urgent health issues. She then ordered the blood test for thyroid screening WITHOUT my consent, and also wrote down some kind of "diagnosis" instead of preventive care. Dr. Heady is the primary care provider for my 2 teenage daughters, and after they have been seeing her for the last 15 months, my wife and I couldn't be happier with their care. Dr. Heady is an excellent listener, has wonderful bedside manner, and has been incredibly helpful!
Wouldn't go any where else.love her explanation and personal touch.down to earth great bedside manners.
I have been seeing her for 5 years, and has been amazing. Her andthe staff there listen and Dr. Heady puts up with my sense of humor.
