My family woke up with the stomach bug so I called to ask if they’d like me to come in or reschedule. I felt fine to come it but was up to them. THEY TOLD ME NOT TO COME IN then proceeded to charge me for it. My family member called to become a new pt and asked if they take her insurance first because she could not afford (nor want to pay for it when she has dental insurance) they confirmed they accept her insurance only to then call her with a $500+ bill because they don’t actually take the insurance.
