Dr. Carter was wonderful. She made sure to get me my test results as soon as they were available. She's also very thorough.

DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE! My elderly mother saw Dr. Carter at the end of October and found out she has Hypoxemia. Basically, she suffocates while sleeping with her oxygen level dropping as low as 84%. They fooled around and the nurse finally placed an order for oxygen on December 6th (knowing it was too late for insurance to accept and the process would have to be redone).
