I didnt end up getting anything. I was in the restaurant for around 15 minutes before I left. There was only one employee in the store. It was severly understaffed

You guys have canceled my order for no valid reason several times which caused a headache to sort things out with the delivery support. Reason? Out of stock for chicken!! It wasn't even near closure time and the store was up for order afterwards. Whatever you did, you did specifically for my order for some reasons unknown to me. Food is good but this type of issue sealed the deal for me. Won't order from here ever again.
Wally drove all the way to my place to hand deliver a side order of mash potatoes that Uber had left behind.. This man not only deserves a raise, he deserves a god damn medal. Wally's customer service is the most exceptional I have ever received in my 33 years of existence. Wally, thank you sir. It was the only thing my 1 year old was willing to eat tonight.
