Husband picked up food ! We dont live far and when he got home it was cold and dried out! Tried calling no answer and not able to leave a measage!
The man at the counter was very rude
I ordered a sandwich through the app and requested a side of spicy spice, but it wasn’t included. This has happened more than once. On a previous order, I asked to remove pickles and add lettuce, but the instructions were not followed. It’s frustrating when customization requests are ignored.
Always a fantastic experience at the Freshwater Road location! The chicken here is consistently delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. I’m a huge fan of their Mary Monday specials—it's something I look forward to every week. What really makes this spot stand out, though, is the incredible team. A huge shoutout to Anna-Marie, Ravneet, Jeremiah, Joe, and Tapan! They are always friendly, efficient, and make every visit a great one. Highly recommend stopping by!
