Most of the time, the food served here is cold. I usually order through the app, but even when I ordered in-store a couple of times, the experience was the same. I would recommend the Millbrook Mall location, I never had any issues there. However, the Murphy Square location has always been disappointing from last couple of months. The chicken tastes pre-cooked and just reheated, and it becomes so hard that it is difficult to bite.
Only issue is have with this location was the mens washroom was absolutely disgusting. There was bits of tissue and paper towels scattered over the floor and toilet was stained with fresh poop and bathroom smells of pee. More care should be taken into keeping ur washrooms cleaner
