Love MB’s, and generally the food is consistent, however my recent visit (Saturday night after a movie) left me unhappy. Taters had little to no coating, under cooked, never seen that before. Had a Big Mary and the bun was not that fresh and smallest chicken even seen for a Big Mary. Might expect that on a Monday, but not at regular price. 😞

Hello. Issue on November 05th, 2025. While the agent at the counter was present, the staff member Gurav demonstrated poor customer service and did not honour the deal that was advertised yesterday. This kind of attitude is disappointing, especially for a returning customer, and raises concerns about the consistency and reliability of service.
I had the Buffalo chicken combo. the chicken itself was good, but there was way too much sauce in the sandwich. It ended up being mostly bread, a piece of lettuce, some chicken, and an overwhelming amount of sour sauce.
It was very delicious food and service was very nice. There is very nice staff.
