I gave this place a 5 star review before but Customer service has went way down lately. The cashiers are now always rude and impatient and cocky. The washroom sucks. I’d rather go to Popeyes now.
Went in to order and was ignored by the employee cleaning at the front. I said hello and he went and hid in the back. A few minutes later another employee came out and I told her about it and she tried to tell me the guy 5 feet away from me didn't hear me. Extremely rude. Will not be back. I would also like to add that a fly kept landing on me while I waited way to long for two snack bowls. Gross.
So happy to have this mary browns close to me. Used to go to the one in newmarket Ontario all the time. Friendly people and great food at the courtenay location. Would highly recommend.
I can’t decide how I feel about this place and if I would go back or not. The prices felt absurdly high for the size. But, the chicken seemed to be a good quality, real breast meat for the strips. They were just shocking small.
