We to our Orangeville location Nov 5th for the $1.93 Big Mary promo. Was expecting it to be a shitshow but everything was as smooth as possible. Was it busy?? Yes it was. Were they prepared? Yes they were. Great job staff! Im sure it was a rough day but we'll organized

Picked up a batter’s box to enjoy for World Series game six. The chicken, as always, was delicious. However, we were expecting delicious wedges, instead we were given a mixture of old wedges that were in the oil far too long and some soggy shoe string fries. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the box until I got home. We have always enjoyed eating at this location and hope that this was just a one off situation. Will have to find an alternative for game seven!!

I'm a huge fan of Mary Browns. I've never had a bad experience prior to today. I was passing through Orangeville and decided to get Mary Brown's for lunch today and the staff was entirely apathetic, it seemed like they really did not want to be there, terrible service. The taters were oversalted, and the big Mary was more like a small Mary because the chicken didn't even cover the bottom bun. Very disappointed and I will avoid this location in the future.
