We love mary browns chicken but this was the worst experience at this location. Ordered 10 chicken pieces was told 15 minutes wait, after that time was told 10 minutes then after a total of 40 minutes we recieved our order. It is hot, waiting was getting unbearable. The skip orders seemed to be the priority. We could hear arguing in the back about who was suppose to cook the chicken this morning as you seemed to be running out of chicken. Unacceptable! Been here a few times due to convenient location. It's alright.
Visited the place over the weekend and had a great experience. The place was clean, the food was 10/10, and to top it all off, Christina at the front was incredibly helpful and friendly. I asked whether the store was halal, and she immediately had the halal certificate ready and showed it to me. That level of transparency and the peace of mind it gave me was truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve been coming to Mary Brown's for a long time, and I really do love the food. The meals are almost always really good, hot, and delicious, which is why I keep going back! Whenever I ask for extra sauce, the workers are great about always giving me some, which I appreciate.However, there are a couple of things that keep me from giving a higher rating.
