My bun with the chicken sandwich was so cold it must have just come out of the freezer. The chicken warmed it up and turned the bun into soggy mush. They offered to make another sandwich but i didnt want another gross bun. They replace my sandwich with a kids size popcorn chicken.
I got severe food poisoning here. Worst I've had in my life.
My mom and I arrived at this location as it was opening that day. The employee was friendly when greeting us, took our order, cooked the food and served it right to the table. The food was exceptional today. It was hot- both the sandwiches and the taters. The bun was very fresh and chicken was cooked well. Both of us noted that this meal was actually the best one we have been served at Mary Browns ever. The store was very clean. The employee had excellent customer service skills. I got chicken and one of the pieces was a drumstick with barley any meat on it. It cost me $4 for this drumstick. This is crazy!!
Update: right after i posted this review mary browns replied asking me to email them. I did immediately. 3 weeks later and no reply to my email at all. They don't give a crap about customers. So sick and tired of the garbage service these kinds of fast food junk places are doing. I wish I could give negative stars. One star is 5 too many. I wish we could give negative ratings!
