Great tasting fried chicken
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Usually, I have good service and delicious food here, but this time was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The person taking my order had poor communication skills. I said I wanted a specific poutine, but he mixed it with another item. When I checked my order in the car, I realized I didn’t get the poutine I ordered. Well, since you are demanding people leave you "good review" upon order pick up, I will comply, just not entirely. Upon inspection in my bag I found: Cold gravy (food safety issue), sauces missing that I had already asked for and paid for, no napkins (standard bag item), no utensils (ordered food requiring utensils). These are all standard items that should already be in the bag at a premium fast food establishment, especially upon request - no apology was offered.
