Update 2024. They have definitely worked out the kinks. Service is much faster and food quality is much better. Ordered ahead on the App. Showed up on time and waited an extra 20 minutes. They asked my name several times. Turns out my order was sitting there the entire time. Just beware they are very disorganized
Order placed was incorrect. This is the second time this has occurred on my past two separate orders. Also on my daughters last placed order completed via the ap, she waited over 30 minutes to be served at the Courtice location, her order was not even started yet walk in customers who had placed their order well after her received their orders before her.
