I had a great experience at Mary Brown’s Chicken! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor as always. What really made my visit stand out was the excellent service from Joban. She was very friendly, polite, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place!
Amazing experience at Mary Brown’s Chicken! The food was fresh, crispy, and really tasty. What made my visit even better was Joban—she was super kind, welcoming, and very helpful. She also did a great job suggesting add-ons without being pushy, and her upselling skills were impressive and helpful in choosing the best meal. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
Deserves zero stars! If you’re out of chicken tenders don’t send chicken patty cut in half just cancel the order, the kids burger was gross and immediately went into the trash. Don’t waste your money, better off going across the parking lot and buying frozen at Save On.
Hit or miss, most times I get good juicy chicken. But last night I got the Big Mary sandwich, looked nothing like the photo and the chicken was dry
