Third time with a long delay . Ordered an hour ahead , showed up and waited another half hour. We watched people get orders, we've watched them touching thier face and nose while cooking . Asked for a refund and staff told us to do it ourselves, they don't know how or care .

I will start with I really like Mary Browns (maple ridge) BUT this location is horrific!!! I ordered my food 45 min ahead of time because in the past they have always been late. I get there and the person says it will be at least 10 more min. 20 min later we start to complain! Over an hour while others are ordering an leaving. They said it takes 15 min to make chicken so they didn't start our order till after we got there. They were very RUDE. Asked for a refund and said they didn't know how... SERIOUSLY!! I work in the strip mall this location is attached too, which naturally means I come here quite often. Each time I have come here the staff has always been so friendly, and I have yet to see this location unorganized, or even a little messy. Always my Monday go to!

Stupid system when ordering online. You cannot checkout as a guest. And they don't tell you the phone number needs to be from a mobile phone, so a code can be sent. But you cannot update the phone number either after entering your email. A badly designed system. Ended up ordering ordering from another restaurant.
