Had another great experience at Mary Brown’s Pickering Kingston Rd location! The chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Always a great choice when I’m looking for a good meal in Pickering. Highly recommend this location!
I have been there multiple times over 6 months, and everytime I have received the wrong order. I have always asked for a spicy chicken mary, but have always received a regular mayo one. One time I asked to get it fixed and they just gave me back the same sandwich. The service is also very slow. I will not be coming back. I also advise people to check their orders
The service was very slow. Only one employee was covering both the drive-through and the front counter. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone took my order. I also noticed several customers come in, see the long wait, and leave without ordering because of the slow service.
Very friendly staff! As a small town girl who appreciates customer service this place was fantastic !!
Ordered mashed bowl for my daughter over the phone at 4.30 pm today. Reachedthe restaurant 30 min after and the order was not even started and no other orders and the girls talking. Not acceptable at all.
