I had a really great guest experience at Mary Brown’s. The customer service was excellent. This was my first time trying Mary Brown’s, and I found out about the Surrey store near Highway 10. I heard that this location is very good and known for its top-quality food. When I visited the store, there was a staff member named Anmol who assisted me. His customer service was amazing. We ordered the new chicken Bowls. The photo vs the bowl of gravy we received. Upon trying to exchange the bowls for something else, they were inedible gravy soup was met with opposition. They tried to tell me it looks just like the photo I am wrong as the customer. Didn’t want to give me a refund I now requested because they employee was soo was rude to me!!! Never would go back there!
Food was amazingly delicious and staff was extremely helpful.
