On March 5 between 9:00–10:00 PM, I had an interaction with a lady staff on (cash counter) member who struggled to communicate professionally with customers. Instead of using clear English, she used a mix of Hindi and Punjabi. Please provide proper customer service and communication training to ensure a better experience for all customers.
Great service and nice staff!!!
Visited after the lunch rush and was the only one there. Order was already packed. Cashier was welcoming and offered condiments etc. Picked up a serving of taters and 9 pieces. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will order there again.
