Ordered family size meal in store and they forgot to pack my coleslaw. Didn’t realize until I got home and when I called the store they couldn’t do anything. No refund, no offer to bring the missing product. For $100+ worth of fried chicken you have to get it right.
The wings were so bad . The sauce is so watery and the texture is weird
Could not order delivery over the phone. Staff are useless in helping place an order. App does not let you order. Go with Swiss Chalet. Much more user friendly. Wasted am hour of my life. Pathetic.
